Accommodation tax
From October 1st, 2018 accommodation tax is implemented in Kyoto.
Room rate under 20,000 yen: 200 yen per person per night
Room rate including and over 20,000 yen: 500 yen per person per night
The payment for the tax will be collected in cash , Japanese yen at check-in time at RESI STAY reception counter.
