1. RESI STAY Reception Counter (in front of Kyoto Station)

(A shuttle bus to the accommodation is available. Please see details below.)
2. At the accommodation
Check-in hours: 8:00–20:00
Please inform us of your preferred check-in location and arrival time at least 3 days prior to check-in.
If you wish to check in outside the above hours, please consult us at least 3 days in advance.

After making a reservation, we will send you an email. Please be sure to check it.

*Although the system allows selection, we regret to inform you that children aged 15 and under are not permitted to stay.

*Things to bring for check-in
Passports of all members (except for guests who reside in Japan)
Reservation itinerary:Please show it on your mobile screen at check-in.

*Shuttle Bus
Guests who come to the RESI STAY Reception Counter in front of Kyoto Station may use the free shuttle bus to the accommodation.
(No reservation required. One-way service only. Operating hours: 14:15–20:00)

*Accommodation tax
The Kyoto City accommodation tax is not included in the displayed room rates and will be collected separately in cash at check-in time.
